The Health Ranger Mike Adams’ 43rd sermon for the Church of Natural Abundance centered on the difference between shadow food and medicine versus God’s food and medicine.
Basing his sermon from the renowned Psalm 23, the Bible nutrition educator said what comes from God is genuine, real, wholesome, holistic, complete and perfect in its own way. Natural medicine and food – herbs, superfoods, essential oils and others in nature – possess God’s molecules, which comprise the Molecular Armor of God.
In contrast, shadow food pertains to the artificial processed food with fake colors. These foods are devoid of key nutrients like niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin D and magnesium, causing those who eat shadow food to suffer from nutrient deficiencies. (Related: Get to the root cause: How to recognize and treat common nutrient deficiencies.)
“These deficiencies come from shadow food because the food looks like real food, but it’s lacking the nutrients that help prevent chronic degenerative disease,” he explained. Meanwhile, consuming God’s food, which is typically organic or homegrown food, enables a person to get the full spectrum of nutrition He has given through His food. God’s molecules in food and medicine is a blessing from God as well as a shield, light and healing, among other things.
“Consuming God’s food is a worshiping of God. God’s food is a sacrament. The swallowing of food that are God’s molecules is a religious experience. It is a way to give thanks to God, to worship God and also to transform yourself into a higher spiritual being because God’s molecules are with you.”
Factory foods and processed foods are shadow food that fill the body with toxins, while organic and nutrient-dense superfood purify both the blood and the spirit. Thus, Adams encouraged people to consume superfoods like micro-algae, chlorella, spirulina, astaxanthin and more.
The Bible nutrition educator then explained that shadow medicine pertains to isolated, synthesized molecules lacking a full spectrum of nutrients. It is a creation of Big Pharma designed to generate continued profits for it by making sure people don’t get well. Drugs used for blood pressure, diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease are some examples of shadow medicine.
Shadow medicine has some role to play in emergency medicine, such as anesthesia in emergency surgery. While shadow medicine can serve a certain purpose, people must not live their life in it by taking such medicines daily to supposedly remain healthy.
Insulin, which the human body can make through the pancreas, has a synthetic version. This synthetic version injected into the bodies of diabetics is used to compensate what it is missing.
Ivermectin is also a pharmaceutical, but it originally came from microbes in the soil – proving that it is originally God’s medicine. Mankind discovered ivermectin in the same way Alexander Fleming discovered penicillin, with Big Pharma mimicking it to create other variants.
The Health Ranger warned that the shadow medical system wants to endlessly dose people with things such as reptile venom peptides. These dangerous poisons found in Ozempic and other weight loss drugs are not something people should be injecting in their bodies.
He emphasized the need to discern and understand the purpose of these molecules being used by the shadow medical system. Ultimately, real medicine comes from God’s world of herbs, essential oils, natural botanicals and super foods.
